A World water day was celebrated On dated 22.03.2021 by Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Yavatmal -1.  Celebrated World Water Day through virtual communication online programme on (Zoom App) the programme was chair by Dr. S. U. Nemade, Senior Scientist and Head, KVK, Yavatmal. In presidential remaks Dr. S. U. Nemade, express the view about importance of precise irrigation system and their efficient use he appeal farmer to used drip irrigation, fertigation and modern technology for sustainable crop production. He also appeal follow the principal “per drop more crop”  Mr. Mayur Dhole, SMS (Agril. Ext.) Express introductory remarks on importance of world water day & waters important in agriculture for their enhance the productivity of the major crop of the district. In technical session Dr. S. S Wane, SMS (Agril. Engg.) guided to farmer on Water management through micro-irrigation and its strength and weakness. For this programme 18 participant were present for different tahasil in yavatmal The programme was anchor by Mr. Vishal Rathod, Programme Assistant (Lab technician) and vote of thanks by Mr. Radheshyam Deshmukh, Programme Assistant (computer).
